At the heart of Integra’s manufacturing process are pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel chemical reactors, engineered to achieve the highest level of product purity. The result is adhesives with optimum color consistency and extended shelf life.
Every production batch is processed under vacuum at elevated temperature to polymerise the monomers to the correct viscosity, then rapidly cooled to prevent premature hardening. Adhesion promoters, cross-linkers, tougheners, and other performance additives are introduced at the stabilisation stage to achieve the final product properties. Retained samples and QA certificates are available for every batch on request.
Our technical support team is on hand to assist with product selection, color matching, and performance testing for new surface materials — all at no additional charge. Custom formulations can also be developed to meet specific application requirements.
