Can I use my existing equipment for dispensing your adhesives?
Our Adhesives are packaged in several cartridge sizes including the most common cartridges used by most of the major solid surface manufacturers, so your guns will fit our cartridges. Please contact your technical sales rep for a list of approved dispensers. Failure to use an approved dispenser may void the manufacturer warranty.
Will your adhesive work on Corian™?
Yes. Our Surface Bonder SSA is formulated to provide the strongest bonds on the largest selection of materials. It can be used on all the major brands of Solid Surface:
- Acrylic,
- ISO-NPG Polyester,
- Ortho Polyester, and
- Acrylic-Polyester alloys.

Will your adhesives work on Engineered Stone, Quartz Surfaces, Porcelain and Granite?
Our Surface Bonder SSA and Horizon are both designed to work on all Quartz surfacing materials, Ultra Compact, Porcelain and most Natural Stone. The colors were developed to match

How strong are your adhesives?
Our adhesives have been tested using industry standardized testing procedures and provide improved performance properties over most OEM adhesives. For a detailed look at its specific physical properties please see our Tech Data Sheets.
What is the expected shelf life?
Properly stored – the Surface Bonder SSA, Horizon and Rapid have a shelf life of two years. Construction Bonder is rated for one year. For best results, we recommend that you use the adhesive within 6 months of production. Elevated temperatures will reduce the shelf life of any adhesive so refrigeration is an acceptable means of storage. For optimum shelf life and performance, store adhesive upright away from direct sunlight in a cool area or fridge. Store between 50-70 F degrees for best results.
Can you match other suppliers’ adhesive colors?
The lab in our production facility has all the necessary pigments to match nearly any color. Using our extensive adhesive color line up we have matched more than 10,000 colors for Stone, Quartz, Solid Surface, including those matched by our competitors and more. However, if you have a custom color requirement and can provide a sample of the product – we can do that too.
What are Bonding Fasteners for?
Bonding Fasteners can be used with our Construction Bonder to under mount sinks or other fixtures on Solid Surface, Quartz, Granite or Engineered Stone. This simple system can greatly reduce the labor time involved in sink installation and when properly applied is incredibly strong.
What is the cure time for the adhesive?
The open time for our Surface Bonder SSA and Horizon is approximately 10 to 15 minutes at 75F. Handling strength can be estimated at 2X the open time, typically 25 to 30 minutes. Please refer to the products technical data sheet for the product cure times.
How much does it cost?
Our products are competitively priced. As the formulator, manufacturer, and distributor we offer excellent prices and provide a high level of service. While we may not have the cheapest adhesives on the market, we don’t believe in sacrificing quality or service for a few pennies. Who is using our adhesives?
We have customers across the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, Mexico, Asia and the UK from small fabrication shops to large-scale production facilities. We also manufacture adhesives for private label customers, including some of the major manufacturers of solid surface.
I can’t find a good match for a particular color. Do you have a match?
Our lab facilities allow us to formulate custom colors when required. If you have a color that we have not yet published a match for, call us and we will work with you to get the best match possible from our standard color line. If required, we can formulate a custom color from the sample you provide.
